Tooltips appear in the wrong positions on screen
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Inkscape
- Hover over various buttons
What happened?
- Many tooltips appear on screen far away from the cursor and the button being described, or in some cases not at all
- (The exact displacement distance/direction is not consistent and seems to have some unknown contributing factors, such as where in the window the button appears)
- (Disabling HiDPI scaling in GNOME and restarting Inkscape did not help)
What should have happened?
- The tooltips appear near the cursor
