Locked objects won't show "Object Properties.." in their context menu
Steps to reproduce:
- create an object
- right click -> "object properties.."
- select "lock" -> click "set"
- object is now locked
- right click on the object again
What happened?
- there is no "object properties" anymore in the menu
- in 1.0+ there is a "Unlock objects below" that can be used to unlock and then click on "object properties", but that would, well, unlock the objects.
What should have happened?
- "Object Properties" should stay available also for locked objects, as it gives access to stuff that can be useful also for those locked objects
Inkscape Version and Operating System:
- Inkscape Version: 0.46 till at least 1.0~rc1
