Connector tool: snap angles with Ctrl

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw a shape
• activate connector tool
• Click on the midpoint of the shape
• Hold down Ctrl
• Move the mouse

What happened?

The connector end can be moved to every point on the canvas

What should have happened?

The connector should snap to 15° increments (or the step set in Behavior->Steps)
