Rotating a circle changes its size
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- draw a circle
- add a stroke to the circle
- set circle's width and height to 25px
- click circle to bring up rotation handles
- rotate the circle and watch the width/height boxes
The same thing happens when using the transform tool and the tiled clones tool.
What happened?
The width/height changes as the circle is rotated
What should have happened?
The dimensions of the circle should remain the same ...
Inkscape Version and Operating System:
- Inkscape Version: Inkscape 0.92.4 5da689c313, 2019-01-14 and Inkscape 1.0beta2
- Operating System: Linux Mint
- Operating System version: 19.3!
