Font size in "Text and Font" palette doesn't work correctly

Steps to reproduce:

Create any text, then open Text -> Text and Font, then change the text size to 5.5 or any floating point number Click Apply

What happened?

In case of 5.5 it will change to 5 But if you type 5,5 it will work, but it will change it to 5.5

What should have happened?

Should be 5.5 as entered

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Operating System: Windows 7
