Difficulty resizing window on MacOS when there is another Inkscape window behind it.

Open two files in Inkscape
Position the active window such that it overlaps but does not cover the other window
Position the mouse cursor as far off of the window as possible while still getting the resize cursor, such that it is also over the inactive window
Click an drag in an attempt to resize the window

The mouse input is delivered to the inactive window instead of resizing the active window.

If the mouse cursor is the resize cursor then clicking and dragging should resize the window.
