Wrong location of menus on multi-monitor setup

Steps to reproduce:

I have a two monitor setup with main monitor at the bottom and my second monitor above it.

  • open Inkscape
  • drag the inkscape window to the second monitor
  • click one of the menubar menus

What happened?

  • The menu shows in the top of the main monitor
  • The same problem occurs when the main monitor is to the right of the second monitor

(so it looks like inkscape can not handle negative coordinates)

What should have happened?

  • The menu should be shown under the menu-bar entry
