Export to pdf_tex with multiple pdf pages

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• create two layers ("Ebenen")
• place graphic elements (for example a cricle in one layer and a square in the ozher layer) in each layer
• place text in one layer
• save as *.pdf --> Drop text in PDF and create LaTeX

What happened?

• each layer is exported to an own page within the pdf document

What should have happened?

• all layers should be exported to one single paged pdf
• This export-functionality is intended to insert graphics into LaTeX-generated pdf's. The multiple paged pdf-export does not make any sens.
• This problem does not appear at older version like 0.48.
• I cannot use my old inkscape-sources anymore! Thus current versions are NOT ANYMORE COMPATIBLE with older versions.
