Ungrouping group of objects moves objects unexpectedly (specific matrix turns into rotate)

Steps to reproduce:

When I move the group, ungroup it or resize the canvas, some of the objects move to the same X coordinates. If I duplicate those objects before ungrouping then the problem does not occur for the duplicates too. The problem occurs on random occasions and I can't track the problem.
