Resizing page to selection sometimes crashes app

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• create several elements
• select all (click and drag)
• from menu, choose "Resize Page to Selection"

What happened?

App shut down, with an error message (sorry, I didn't save the error message, I'll add as a comment next time this happens)

What should have happened?

It should have resized the page so that the selected elements were just inside the edges of the page.

Notes: This sometimes works correctly, and it usually does if I've just opened the app. Also, this is not a new issue for this version; previous version of 1.0beta was doing it too
