Imprecise Difference operation

Steps to reproduce:

open Inkscape
draw an ellipse and another object
Do Path > Difference

What happened?

Result is imprecise.

What should have happened?

Result should have been precise.

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

Inkscape Version: All version 0.91 and 0.92.3 0.92.4
Operating System: both windows and linux
Operating System version: ?
