Keyboard shortcuts don't change with if keymap changed

Steps to reproduce:

• install Inkscape via the snap
• install base Hungarian keymap
• install base English US keymap
• change keyboard input mode to base Hungarian keymap
• open Inkscape Snap
• change keyboard input mode to English US keymap
• attempt to use hotkeys in Inkscape

What happened?

Hotkey input into the inkscape interface should occur according to the en_US keymap

What should have happened?

Hotkey input into the inkscape interface only occurs according to hu keymap

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: 0.92.4 SNAP
• Operating System: Ubuntu
• Operating System version: 18.04
• Packaging system: snapcraft
