Splash screen with initial options for user to choose from

Splash Screen

We could have a splash screen similar to Blender 2.81. It would serve the following purposes: In the splash screen we would show a really cool art made in the Inkscape program

If ran for the first time it would offer to the user:

• What theme do you want to use?
• What scheme of keyboard shortcuts would you like to use?

After this is configured the splash screen would appear with the following options:

• Recently opened files (maybe 2 or 3 last used files?)

• New file from template (all of the template sizes would be offered)

• Inkscape website

• Inkscape chat (to ask questions)

• Learn more (tutorials)

• Donate to the project
