Search Function like Blender or GIMP on Inkscape

Description:

Following the idea proposed by @victorwestmann in relation to my suggestion about this issue, I proceed to present a feature request that does not exist in Inkscape, but it is perfectly applicable just as our colleagues Blender and GIMP have done for a long time.

It is called "Search Function", and its purpose is to give the ability to search among all possible actions that can be done in the program, or in the context in which it is executed.

This feature eliminates in a timeless way the problems of the organization of menus, or the inexistence of the same ones, as well as the complications of UX that can generate the solutions to the same ones.

Here's how it works at GIMP:
Shortcut Key: /

And here's how it works at Blender:
Shortcut Key: Space for 2.79 and older versions and F3 for 2.80 and later versions.
