Down, left, right arrow keys don't work to move objects

Summary:

On one of the latest edge builds of Inkscape, the down, left and right arrow keys do not move selected objects, including when combined with Alt and Shift. The up arrow key works as normal, though.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw a circle, select it
• press down/left/right arrow key (optionally with Alt or Shift)

What happened?

Nothing happened to the selected circle when using any of the key combinations described in the previous paragraph. The up arrow key still works perfectly fine, including with Alt or Shift, and Ctrl+arrow keys still work perfectly fine to move the view of the canvas.

What should have happened?

The arrow keys should have moved the circle across the canvas in their respective directions.

The bug is not present on Inkscape 1.4.4 (2baacb258a, 2026-06-01).
