Problem with "caps lock" and SHIFT keys

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Use e.g. command-C (to copy) with caps locks key on

What happened?

It is not copying the selected object.

For command shortcuts, "caps lock" key is being taken as SHIFT. That means that is "caps lock" key is turn on commands are read as if SHIFT key was used.

What should have happened?

"caps lock" Key should not affect the command shortcuts

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: 1.0beta2 (2b71d25, 2019-12-03)
• Operating System: macOS Catalina
• Operating System version: 10.15.1 (19B88)
