Trace Bitmap dialog doesnt open

I select a image Select Path Select Trace bitmap No menu opens I have tried everything I know to fix the problem. I even deleted the program and re installed. Still nothing. I'm very new to this software so I may not be doing something correctly. But I believe I am.

I'm running windows 10 pro on a brand new machine. Ryzen 7 processor. I'm trying to convert images to SVG so I can use them In Carbide Create for a CNC machine.
