feature request - make spirogram settings visible

When you select a spirogram which has already been created, perhaps moments ago or years ago, there's no way to tell which settings were used to create it. So the user, once again, has to resort to trial and error, just as when it was originally created (unless one happens to know that kind of math already).

In the original report, someone noted a blueprint about it: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/inkscape/+spec/extensions-presets and http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/File:ExtensionPresetsDesign.png

But that was in 2012, and still, you can't find the original settings. So I don't think that blueprint was ever realized.

With almost everything else in Inkscape, when you select it, you can find all the settings and options which create it. But not with spirograms, and I guess not with some other extensions too.
