File menu > Close and Quit

Summary:

While working on the new manual, we've discovered a missing item at the bottom of the File menu.

There should be 3 options at the bottom of the File menu:

• File menu > Close tab (Ctrl W)
• File menu > Close window (keyboard shortcut needed for this)
• File menu > Quit Inkscape (Ctrl Q)

I'm not sure if you need my system info, but I'll give it, just in case.
