kubuntu 25.10 packaged inkscape instantly crashes after starting

Summary:

the ubuntu packaged version of inkscape is crashing every time shortly after starting after i upgraded my system from 25.04 to 25.10.

Steps to reproduce:

start inkscape via launcher or via commandline
windows are showing briefly
than crash

What happened?

the application crahed shortyl after the start. now way to ever interact with it.

What should have happened?

working normaly.
