Pattern Along Path dialog, options and spinboxes are reversed

Summary:

The options in the Pattern Along Path dialog are reversed. The Normal Offset field changes the tangential offset. And the Tangential Offset field changes the normal offset.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• set up a pattern and a path for testing
• open Extensions menu > Pattern Along Path
• change the value in the Normal Offset field
• notice that what changes on the canvas is tangential offset
• also, change the value in the Tangential Offset field
• notice that what changes on the canvas is the normal offset

Of course, the values in the Normal Offset field ought to change the normal offset. And the values in the Tangential Offset field ought to change the tangential offset.
