Make Inkscape add new pages vertically as an option

Hi

I would like to ask for a specific feature for Inkscape.
It is enabling Inkscape to add new pages vertically instead of horizontally when using the Page Tool.
In some cases it would be simply much more convinient when you can scroll from top to bottom instead of panning around to navigate.
