Inkscape 1.5-dev - 'Text Tool' does not allow to enter text

Summary:

The 'Text Tool' is not usable, since every key stroke seems to be interpreted as shortcut and switches the tool instead of entering text.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• select 'Text Tool'
• click somewhere on the canvas
• press 's'

What happened?

Switch to 'Selector Tool'.

What should have happened?

Get character 's' on the canvas.
