Fatal Crash

Summary:

Exporting svg to png. Tried exporting file named "A&C, B&D Measurements.svg" to filetype png and received unspecified fatal error.

Steps to reproduce:

• Saved current project with "&" in file name.
• Closed file & reopened later.
• exported to PNG & received fatal error "Unspecified Fatal Error Encountered, Aborting"

What happened?

Have been using inkscape on a daily basis. Yesterday I was exporting svg to png for several files with no problems. Eventually, I tried opening a file with "&" character in the file name and got an error. I renamed the file and tried to open and inkscape loads the splash screen successfully. However, inkscape crashes when selecting a file from "recents" list or when selecting "New Document". I've completely uninstalled & reinstalled the software and even deleted the instance of the file name with the "&" from the "recents" list. Still, I continue to get the fatal error after splash screen.

I received this error after I had already renamed the file to remove the "&" characters. I believed the issue was related to the file name still appearing on the splash screen "recents" list. I deleted the reference from "recently-used.xbel" which cleared the instance from the splash screen. However, I still continued to get the fatal error. I ran CMD Prompt Output Inkscape.com again & received this output:
