This simple SVG crashes Inkscape on load

Summary:

I traced a bitmap with Inkscape and saved the resulting SVG (without the bitmap). Any attempt to load it now causes Inkscape to crash. It loads fine in Affinity Designer.

Steps to reproduce:

Double-click on either of the attached SVGs to open Inkscape.

I also attached the crash log.InkscapeCrashOnLoad.txt

What happened?

Crash.

What should have happened?

Graphics ahoy.
