Incorrect behaviour when pasting in place a selection of paths+bend, and text on line

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape with attached file bug-paste-bend-textonpath.svg
• select everything in layer txt
• cut (I used CTRL + X)
• select layer pasteme
• Click on Edit / Paste in Place

What happened?

The objects are well apart in my case, not on top of each other any more. And the text is not following the line (below the object) any longer. Below the example of what looks like for me after pasting.

What should have happened?

The objects should have been pasted as in the previous layer, in place.

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)
• Operating System: Ubuntu Linux
• Operating System version: LTS, Linux ranma 4.15.0-45-generic #48-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jan 29 16:28:13 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux, Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS

Could not find the same issue in Launchpad or GitLab, but forgive me if duplicated. Tried compiling inkscape in my laptop, but couldn't find all dependencies necessary to run CMake.
