Change click-drag of Fill and Stroke Color indicators to allow dropping of colors like other swatches in the swatch bar

Summary:

IMHO, click-dragging the fill indicator intuitively, should allow you to drag and drop the current fill colour, either to the stroke indicator, or to shapes on the canvas as is the case for dragging other swatches in the colour swatch bar. Over the 15 years I've used Inkscape every single day in production, this still trips me up when I forget that hidden hue-shift function.

Proposal: Remove the trip hazard of click-dragging on fill and stroke indicators to shift hue, and replace with the intuitive click-drag to drop color on the other indicator, or onto canvas objects.

This would enable the user to drag and drop the fill colour onto the stroke colour, for example to make them the same, as well as drop the current fill color onto other objects on the screen without the need to find the same colour in the swatches (if it's there at all).
