WMF import error on sevaral chars in text

Summary:

When opening WMF files with certain characters (such as <, >, "", ''), the text - even if it is centered - is not aligned correctly (see markers in inkscape.png).

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• open test.wmf
• compare result with correct result from CorelDraw (see CorelDraw2021.png). The first highlighted text is correctly centered.

What happened?

incorrect result in centered text.

What should have happened?

see result from CorelDraw.
