Scrolling in Preferences may accidentaly change the value of sliders

Summary:

Scrolling with the mouse wheel performs two actions at once: scrolling the view, and changing the value of sliders, leading to accidental change to settings.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Preferences dialog.
2. Go to the Interface tab.
3. Scroll up and down with the mouse wheel.

What happened?

The values of the sliders were changed.

What should have happened?

That should not have happened, and the scrolling should've continued instead.
