Inkscape crashing when presing Shift + Alt / Switching language on Win10

Summary:

App is crashing when I'm switching a language using Shift + Alt on Win10. It does not happen every time, but rather randomly. Usually when I'm editing a text box and pressing Shift + Alt when the text is selected Once app crashed when I pressed Shift + Alt when window wasn't in focus - cursor was on the other monitor, but as I switched back to Inkscape it crashed

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Inkscape
• Do stuff
• Press Shift + Alt
• ???

What happened?

App crashing Most of the time Crash Report is produced, sometimes it's just silently closing
