Feature request: Allow hiding handles with the key F while dragging
Summary:
pressing "f" only works in certain situations.
It does NOT work while
- …editing text
- …dragging objects or handles
- …panning the view
- …working outside the page
To me this makes this valuable feature useless, as hiding bounding-box and control elements is particularly useful WHILE interacting.
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- select an object
- pres and hold to drag the viewport
- press "f"
What happened?
- noting happens
What should have happened?
- bounding box selection should disappear while pressing "f"
