Summary:

Inkscape crashes at startup

Steps to reproduce:

• download latest development version from https://inkscape.org/release/inkscape-dev/windows/64-bit/compressed-7z/dl/
• open Inkscape

What happened?

Error message appears stating:"Error, Unspecified fatal error encountered, aborting"

What should have happened?

I should be treated with a nice shiny (preferable adjustable) interface and functions to release my creativity! (what Inkscape always gives, from the 0.4 version on)
