inkscape:export-filename tag is not loaded correctly for pdf export option

Summary:

xlm tag, inkscape:export-filename="../overview.pdf" is not loaded correctly by inkscape for pdf export option.

I would like to fix the export path to relative to the folder where the file is. For png, the export path is set correctly, but once I change the tab to PDF in export pane, it directs to somwhere compeltely different.

(I think everytime i change the export format '../' gets invoked and go back by one folder.)

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• draw something
• go to export pane (`ctrl shift E')
• export it in png file with a relative path '../output_name.png'
• save and close inkscape
• open inkscape again
• go to export pane (`ctrl shift E')
• The path should now be '/where/the/file/is/../output_name.png'
• Change the export file format to pdf.
• The path should magically changes to '/where/the/file/is/output_name.pdf'
• Change it to jpeg
• The path should magically changes to '/where/the/file/output_name.jpg'

and so on...

What happened?

The path gets shortens as going through the different export file format options.

What should have happened?

The path should not change.
