centre align text adds blank characters when saving the file

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• make a text box. type some text in it so the text overflows onto the next line
• centre align the text
• save and reopen the file

What happened?

Many blank space characters are added to the start of the lines, completely breaking the text alignment. I think it is adding the blank lines when the file is being saved.

What should have happened?

text should appear as it did on screen when I saved the file. It should be centre aligned, and not have blank characters added

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: ... 1:0.92.0+devel+201902150156~ubuntu18.10.1
• Operating System: ... ubuntu18.10.1
• Operating System version: ... ubuntu18.10.1

this does not seem to be an issue in 0.92.4
