Typing text is not possible

Summary:

I am not able to insert any text using text tool in Inkscape in master branch.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open Inkscape
  • Choose text tool (press T)
  • Start typing

What happened?

The key shortcuts are used instead of inserting the text into the field

What should have happened?

Inserting the text.
