On-canvas alignment: strings / matrices inverted

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• assign keyboard shortcuts to 'AlignBothTopRight' and 'AlignBothTopRightToAnchor'
• try them out

What happened?

• both verbs have the same description, although they do different things
• objects align to bottom right of the anchor object, or with their bottom right corner to the top left corner of the anchor object - none of these correspond to 'top right' as in the name of the verb.

What should have happened?

• The verbs should have descriptions that match what they do. Descriptions should be different for the different verbs.
