Command-line call results in empty file creation

Steps to reproduce:

• open a terminal window
• call Inkscape's CLI, e.g.

  $ /Applications/Inkscape.app/Contents/MacOS/Inkscape --help
  $ /Applications/Inkscape.app/Contents/MacOS/Inkscape --version

What happened?

An empty file named fr is created.

What should have happened?

No file should be created.
