Trace Bitmap Preview does not include any Option parameters, leading to a very different output image

Problem:

When using "Path -> Trace Bitmap..." the preview works for every parameter except those under the "Details" category. This causes the output image (after clicking apply) to often look very different than the preview (with live preview enabled). This means I have to use trial and error 10s of times to get every setting correct.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, done intentionally, or if there is a version in which this feature is working.

Version info:

Inkscape 1.4 (86a8ad7, 2024-10-11) on updated Windows 10 (as of 2/13/25)

Reinstalled Inkscape with the same problem
