The text-anchor is wrong when changing text alignment while the text is selected

Summary:

If you select the text then change the alignment, the text anchor doesn't budge, or goes to a completely different place.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• type text or use the Lorem Ipsum generator
• change alignment without selecting the text (correct)
• select all text
• change alignment

What happened?

The text-anchor doesn't budge and the placement goes wonky.

What should have happened?

The same as with unselected text.
