RTL GUI is preventing from open sublayers (small triangle button)

Summary:

in RTL inkscape the triangle buttons that collapse the sublayers isn't clickable

Steps to reproduce:

I sometimes use inkscape on OS that are non-english. Inkscape on those systems opens by default as RTL. could be that there are more bugs, but one very annoying that drove me nuts is that in RTL inkscape the triangle buttons that collapse the sublayers isn't clickable, while using the same inkscape version (1.4) on a LTR English OS opens the menus on the left and also everything else, including the little triangles that in that case do work.

What happened?

so the only difference is the RTL-LTR thing.

What should have happened?

the triangles should open regardless of GUI text direction, OR the user needs to have a way of switching between RTL to LTR and vice versa.
