Feature request for snap function

Please add multiple snapping points and arch handle snapping support

Steps to reproduce:

1st problem

• open Inkscape
• draw arc/curve path or circle
• draw rectangle
• move rectangle and try to snap rectangle's two point/corner with curve
• (make sure path snap turn on)

2nd problem

• open Inkscape
• draw circle
• draw rectangle
• move circle arch handle and try to snao this handle to rectangle

3rd problem

• open Inkscape
• enable rectangle grid
• draw any path
• draw rectangle
• move rectangle and try to snap where grid and path intersects

What happened?

1st

Rectangle snap with curve but only one corner

2nd

Arch handle not snapping with rectangle or any path/object

3rd

Inkscape snap only grid or path , how many times i try to close enough to both meeting point inkscape consider only one snapping point and skip other points no matter how they are closed

What should have happened?

1st

Rectangle both corners snapping with curve if both point is too close

2nd

Arch handle should snap with any path/ object

3rd

Inkscape should snap where multiple snapping points meets
