CLI error message when exporting with wrong format is misleading

Exporting through the CLI may incur into a misleading error message regarding the output format.

See:

$ inkscape --export-text-to-path --export-type=.pdf --export-filename=test.pdf share/tutorials/tutorial-tips.svg
InkFileExportCmd::do_export: Ignoring extension of export filename (pdf) as it does not match the current export type (.pdf).
InkFileExportCmd::do_export: Unknown export type: .pdf. Allowed values: [.dxf, .emf, .eps, .fxg, .gpl, .hpgl, .html, .jpg, .odg, .pdf, .png, .pov, .ps, .sif, .svg, .svgz, .tar, .tex, .tiff, .webp, .wmf, .xaml, .xcf, .zip]

It says that .pdf is unknown, and then presents a list of allowed values, among which there is a .pdf.
