CMS Color Picker changes color on hover

Summary:

I've been wanting to try out setting color-managed CMYK color in Inkscape to set them for export to Scribus.

However, the CMS color picker in Inkscape 1.4 doesn't keep selected colors steady - when I move the mouse over them, more often than not, it changes the color component I have selected.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• set a CMYK color profile in the 'Color' tab in document properties
• draw an object
• try to set its fill color with the 'CMS' tab in the fill and stroke dialog

What happened?

• colors change already when I only move the mouse over their respective bar (does not happen in 1.3.2).
