Windows 11 v1.4 Stroke to Path doesn't work with markers

Summary:

Stroke to path doesn't convert the marker

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape

Draw a line

Change to 32 pixels wide

Add an arrow end marker

Path > Stroke to Path

What happened?

A group with 3 objects. Arrow marker not converted. Object 1:The 32 px line was converted. Object 2: Another line created as well. Object 3: Tiny arrow marker.

What should have happed

Arrow marker should have been converted just like in v1.3.2
