Inkscape window goes blank on resizing (Mac)

Summary:

Upon resizing, the Inkscape window's contents will flicker and (depending on when you stop resizing) remain blank.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• open or start a document
• resize the window from an edge or corner

What happened?

The Inkscape UI flickered and disappeared. Rolling the cursor through it caused some areas to redraw, and eventually the entire UI redrew.

What should have happened?

Ideally it should resize without flickering, but certainly without disappearing.
