Inkscape crashes after copy or cut out combined pathes with more than ca. 3113 nodes.
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- create a combined path with more than ca. 3113 nodes (sometimes it happens at 3092, sometimes at 3112, sometimes at 3200) maybe by importing a svg-file or tracing a bitmap (the method of creating is not important)
- press Ctrl+C or right click and "copy" in the dropdown menu, or use the icon in the symbolbar or "copy" in the edit menu, sometimes it also happend when using Ctrl+X and its alternatives
What happened?
- Inkscape closes. When I do this with very huge pathes (in example 11989 nodes), inkscapes freezes for some seconds, then closes. With more simple pathes inkscapes closes after one or two seconds.
What should have happened?
- Inkscape should load the data to the clipboard.
Remarks:
- it is not important, how many pathes you use. I tried it with 57 pathes with 3085 nodes and inkscape copied the combined pathes. Then I tried it with 8 pathes and 3790 nodes, combine them again, press Ctrl+C, inkscape is shutting down.
- it only happend with combined pathes. I tried it with 212 pathes with 11989 nodes and it worked fine. I combined the pathes, press Ctrl+C and inkscape freezes and shut down.
