Feature request: Correctly discern DPI and PPI

Summary:

Currently Inkscape uses the term "DPI" in the Export dialog, document properties, preferences and possibly other places. However the correct term to use in these cases would be "PPI" (pixels per inch), as "dots" per inch, in theory, should be referring to how many ink dots are printed per inch. The terms are commonly confused so we probably need more input from print experts.
