Inkscape 1.3.2 Windows 64b MSI, official download: libsigc-2.0-0.dll missing after MSI install

I'm running Windows 10 64b Pro, up to date. I've just downloaded Inkscape 1.3.2 Windows 64b MSI, the official download, as offered to me by inkscape.org. At that moment, I had a previous install of Inkscape 1.2.2 in the system. I installed 1.3.2 from the fresh download, without wiping 1.2.2 first. After the installer wizard happily finished, I tried starting Inkscape.

All I got was 4 error messages saying, that libsigc-2.0-0.dll was missing.

I've managed to find the file inside the .MSI download - opened that one with 7zip. Found a file called CM_FP_inkscape.bin.libsigc_2.0_0.dll copied that to C:\Program Files\Inkscape\Bin
and renamed to libsigc-2.0-0.dll . Mind the difference in underscores vs. dashes - it does matter.

Now Inkscape starts, and is as beautiful as it ever was :-) = looks like a quirk in an installer script, or something...
