Preferences are not saved if Inkscape crashes

Summary:

When Inkscape is segfaulting or showing a crash dialog, the settings of the Inkscape UI, what has been applied during the session, isn't preserved after booting up the app again.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• make preference / UI changes
• start editing (segfaults are random)
• whenever Inkscape segfaults or crashes, the settings isn't saved.

What happened?

Inkscape dropped the UI configuration during segfault.

What should have happened?

Inkscape should bring back the UI configuration as it was configured at the beginning of the session.
