Multicolor icons being used in monochrome icon theme

Summary:

inkscape!6166 (merged) added icons to the Export dialog.

When using a monochrome icon theme, those icons are green for me.

In the issue at inkscape#4338 (closed), the suggestion was to make them match the other icons.

Did something go wrong here? Wrong folders, perhaps?

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• use monochrome icon theme

What happened?

Some odd green icons appear in the otherwise clean interface.

What should have happened?

Icons should be monochrome.
